How long is the sample lead time?
For ready samples, it’s about 2-3 days. If you require your own design,it takes about 7 days after confirmed the design.
Which kinds of certificate would you have?
We have ISO9001 Quality System Management Certificate, ROHS, REACH, MSDS for magnets , and CE, EN71 for magnetic toys
Can I get samples?
Sure.We usually provide ready sample for free but you need to pay shipping costs or freight collect. If customized samples, we need to collect basic costs.
How long is the production lead time for mass goods?
Generally it is 5-10 days if the products are in stock. or 25-30 days if the goods are not in stock.
What is your payment terms?
Total amount ≤ USD5000, 100% pay in advance. Total amount > USD5000, 30% T/T in advance ,balance pay off before shippment.
