In order to enable magnets, such as magnetic rubber tape, to be affixed to it and then readily removed as needed, steel tape that has an adhesive backing can be fastened to a surface. There are numerous layers and sizes available for the magnetic tape.
All of the magnetic strips can be easily cut to various lengths by using a set of shears. Simply use more tape surface area for improved efficiency. It is advised to apply one tape where it is needed and then cover it with the other when using tape on tape for performance (magnetically overlapping),
then take off the glue covering and attach the other component (this guarantees the best magnetic performance possible).
Any air gaps in the path will reduce the draw power that can be achieved by the strip magnet, which functions best in direct touch with ferrous surfaces (like mild steel sheet) or in direct contact with itself. When compared to magnet on steel, Rubber Flexible Magnetic Tape on magnet can work up to two times better.
The adhesive base material can have one of four potential finishes:
MAGNETIZE NON-MAGNETIC OBJECTS EASILY: To make non-magnetic items magnetic, simply trim tape with scissors to the appropriate length, and then adhere it to the item.
The strongest magnetic tape currently in use When adhering to a steel surface, tape has a pull power of 5.7 pounds per square inch, which is up to four times stronger than similar ceramic magnetic tape.
STRICTLY VARIABLE: The 3M 9448 self-adhesive covering is flexible and strong, adhering to most non-porous surfaces and exposing the magnetic surface. The soft outlines and curves around rounded borders are also followed by form-fitting tape.
ABOVE-STANDING QUALITY AND DURABILITY: This premium tape is perfect for your arts and crafts, workshop, hobby, retail, scientific, instructional, and industrial requirements and is made to last a lifetime.

WHERE IT COMES IN: One 3M 9448 self-adhesive on one side. strip that is 0.8mm thick, 84 inches long, and 1/2 inch broad.
This bendable magnetic rubber tape is perfect for converting tiny, light non-magnetic objects into magnetic objects so they can adhere to vertical metal surfaces for more ease, safety, and accessibility.
Picture frames, cell phones, calculators, tools, supplies, signs, and other items can all be made magnetic using the strong, pliable tape. You can then stick these items to a refrigerator, file cabinet, workbench, shelf, steel beam, or inside your car, truck, RV, or toolbox for quick, easy visibility and access.
Astonishingly powerful
total When attached to a steel surface, element bendable neodymium magnetic tape pulls with 5.7 pounds per square inch and has a 1,200 gauss surface field. When magnetic tape is applied to both surfaces—a tape to tape connection—the gripping strength rises to 11.4 pounds per square inch.
When compared to other types of bendable magnetic tape, this one has a greater strength because it is multi-pole and anisotropically magnetized. On flat vertical metal surfaces, the rubber magnetic surface also offers friction to prevent slipping or moving.
VERSATILE AND FLEXIBLE WITH MANY APPLICATIONS
The tape can be perfect for a variety of DIY, arts and crafts, workshop, hobby, retail, scientific, instructional, and industrial requirements because it is extremely flexible and can be cut to suit.
These cheap and secure magnetic strips are a fantastic option for tasks that call for damage-free, covert, or adaptable magnetic attachments.
WHAT TO DO
Simply trim the pieces to suit whatever you want to make magnetic using regular shears. Before sticking on the 3M sticky side of the non-magnetic item, make sure the surface is clear and free of grease, oil, or any other liquid for optimal results.
Then, peel off the backing’s protective covering and press the glue onto the item you want to turn magnetic. Before using, give the glue 24 hours to dry.
The magnetic tape TESA is a member of the bendable magnets family, which also includes magnetic sheets and strips. The magnetic tape from TESA differs from the other goods in that it only has one adhesive surface. To achieve the finest adhesive capabilities, these items are only made with premium TESA adhesive 51865.
Aluminum, plastic, and hardwood surfaces can all be easily and effectively converted into magnetic goods using the magnetic tape TESA. A sign can be made magnetic by applying magnetic adhesive tape to the reverse and mounting it to a metal surface without the use of nails or drills. Please be aware that compared to raw magnets, magnetic paper and flexible magnets generally have a lower magnetic impact.
To exactly attach one another, TESA magnetic tape is offered in both A and B polarity with a diameter of 12.7 mm. If the polarity question is unimportant, the A model is used as a benchmark.

TESA’s magnetic cassettes have high magnetic power.
These magnetic strips have a TESA value of 70–75 gr. per cm2. The group of flexible magnets with a minimal magnetic impact includes magnetic tape made by TESA. The product, however, is robust enough for the majority of uses.
Dimension
TESA produces magnetic cassettes in three distinct directions. See the “Sizes and variations” section above for specifications and costs.
• Simple with no glue • Regular acrylic adhesive-backed material that can be applied to cards
• Premium acrylic glue supported product that can be applied to plastic and metal.
• Adhesive foam with a foam backing that can be applied to irregular areas,
additional magnetic disks
There are other bendable products with adhesive on one surface besides the magnetic tape from TESA. Kindly take a peek at the adhesive magnetic papers as well.

Remarks
Magnetic tape application is not advised at temps higher than 55 °C. If subjected to temperatures above what is advised, the adhesive properties are diminished.
Magnet film or self-adhesive magnet foil? Magnetic tape is a term that is frequently used to refer to two distinct goods that share the same name.
Magnet tape is frequently sufficient for the job if it is about to do a piece of paper or carton magnetic on the reverse. Separator tape, which is not magnetic, should not be confused. However, self-adhesive magnet foil, which is stronger than magnet tape, should be used if you want to use magnetism to put up a frame or set up a front display.
Magnete für flexible Bleche und Bänder
Adams Magnetic Products has a large selection of Sheet & Strip Flexible Magnets. Among the variations are:
Befestigungselemente
Kennzeichnung von Spielzeug und Spielen
Kunsthandwerk und Kunst
Magnetstreifen mit hoher Energie
